What is the date and hours of the concert and venue?
July 27, 2019, the doors open at 11 am to visit the wineries. The concert doors will open between noon and 1:00 pm.
The concert will start at approximately 1:00 pm and concluded at 7:00 pm.

What is the best form of transportation to get to the concert?
Due to the limited parking, it is highly recommended to use a form of rideshares such as Uber and Lyft.

Where should rideshare drop me off for the concert?
In front of the main entrance of the Old Sugar Mill.

Is handicap parking available?
Yes, directly in front of the main entrance of the Old Sugar Mill.

Is event parking available? If so, how much is the fee to park?
Yes, parking is available at the north lot on Willow Ave and north of Willow Point Road. However, parking is very limited for this size event, therefore, parking fees will be $10 per car. Please bring cash for parking.

There is free parking at the Old Sugar Mill lot on the north side of Willow Point Avenue. Closer in Event parking is $10/car cash only.

Will I need to bring my photo ID?
Yes, all guest 21 and up will be required to have a photo id to purchase wine.

Is the concert taking place in an outside venue?
Yes, the concert will be held outside on the back Plaza lawns at the Old Sugar Mill.

Will the Wine tasting rooms at the Old Sugar Mill be open for business the day of the concert?
Yes, the majority of the tasting rooms will open at 11:00 am for business. Some of the tasting rooms may have private wine club events in their tasting rooms. But some of them will be open for general business.

Can I purchase wine during the concert?
Yes, you can purchase wine from any of our participating wineries. Pricing will range from $7-$15 per glass of wine.

What time may guest enter the concert venue?
Between noon and 1:00 pm the concert doors will open. No guest will be permitted in the concert venue until the sound check is complete.

Are the ATM’s onsite?
Yes, there is an ATM available inside of Clarksburg Wine Company.

What is included in the purchase of the general admission ticket?
The ticket includes the admission to attend the concert to see all four bands play, a wrist band and a souvenir stemless plastic wine glass (wine not included). Tickets do not include wine or food.

Will there be food trucks available during the concert?
Yes, there will be 10 to 12 food trucks on site during the concert with a variety of food options. Go to Food Trucks page.

May children attend the concert? Is there a children’s discounted ticket available?
Yes, children may attend. However, there is not a children’s discounted ticket for purchase.

Are Dogs Allowed at the concert?
Only service dogs are allowed on site during the concert.

May we bring in outside food, coolers or picnic lunch?
No outside food, coolers or beverages will be permitted.

Is seating provided for the concert? What may I bring for seating?
Guests are encouraged to bring single, collapsible low back chairs, and blankets to place in the lawn area directly in front of the bands. Blankets are limited to a 6 x 8 spacing. There are a limited number of patio seating available, however, the patio seating is not directly in front of the bands. All seating is first to come first serve.

Will handicap accessible tables be available during the concert?
Yes, a limited number of handicap accessible tables will be available. Wheelchair seating is okay.

May I bring an umbrella for shade?
Handheld, personal-sized umbrellas are permitted. No beach umbrellas or pop up tents are permitted. Please be courteous to your fellow concert attendees to not block their view.

What attire should I wear? What will the weather be like?
Summer weather in Sacramento can range from pleasantly warm to uncomfortably hot, so you’ll want to dress in cool, unrestrictive clothing. Lightweight cotton is never a bad idea. There are a few areas with shade in OSM’s outdoor Plaza area, however, for the most part, it is wide open to the sun. Therefore, consider a hat and sunglasses to be essential, not to mention sunscreen or sunblock. Wear comfortable shoes, as you may be doing a lot of walking. You’ll want to keep hydrated.

May I bring a wagon or a pull cart to carry my items?
Due to limited space wagons or pull carts will not be permitted unless they are collapsible.

Can I arrive late? Are doors open for check in through the duration of the event?
Yes, doors will be open during the entire event. You are welcome to come at your leisure however we highly suggest taking a Uber or Lyft for transportation as arriving late will surely mean you may need to park in our overflow parking which involves a bit of walking to our main entrance.

Can I bring water?
You can bring an unopened water bottled or a empty water canister to fill up at our water station. Bottled water will also be available for purchase.

Can I bring a backpack or purse?
Yes, you may bring a small backpack or purse. Bags or backpacks no larger than 12-by-6-by-12 inches. Small clutch bag no larger than 41/2-by-61/2 inches. Approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry.
